I’m having trouble signing up. My number isn’t accepted.

First, we apologize for the inconvenience. SMS delivery is handled for us by Google and your mobile carrier, which can be a delicate and complex process in some parts of the world. If you’re not receiving an SMS for a specific number, try again in a little while. If that doesn’t work, please send us an email at with the following information, and we’ll do our best to work with the parties involved to troubleshoot exactly what’s happening:

  1. Your phone number
  2. Your mobile carrier name
  3. Your city and country
  4. The time and date (to the minute) when you last requested a confirmation SMS from Kalido
  5. A statement indicating that you don’t mind if Google sends you test SMSes for troubleshooting purposes.

How do I report a bug?

Just shake your phone when Kalido is open, and you’ll see the bug-reporting screen pop up. You can also go to Settings and log an issue using the ‘Send Feedback’ link.
