If you’re not receiving an SMS for a specific number, try again in a little while. If that doesn’t work, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information, and we’ll do our best to work with the parties involved to troubleshoot exactly what’s happening:
- Your phone number
- Your mobile carrier name
- Your city and country
- The time and date (to the minute) when you last requested a confirmation SMS from Kalido
- A statement indicating that you don’t mind if Google sends you test SMSes for troubleshooting purposes.
